At KT Civil, we are proud to be a family-owned business that has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving operation. We started in 2010 with just an excavator and tipper, focusing on constructing house pads, retaining walls and drainage solutions across the Mid North Coast. Over the years, our dedication to quality workmanship and client satisfaction has helped us grow into the trusted company we are today.

One of our proudest achievements was completing a subdivision in Tallwoods Village, Hallidays Point, in 2021. Building on that success, we recently completed another major project, Perfect Fairways — an 8-acre subdivision located on the Tallwoods golf course, which was finished in 2024. These projects reflect our ability to successfully deliver large-scale developments while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that define our business.

Today, our team has grown to more than 50 skilled employees, all part of the KT Civil family. We have expanded our services to include civil and mining projects in Narrabri NSW, as well as subdivisions, agricultural works and council operations. This diversity allows us to deliver tailored solutions across a wide range of industries.
